You can pay on cookplanet.co.uk with Euro-/Mastercard, VISA card and American Express. Unfortunately we can't provide every delivery country with this service. Upon authorisation of the transaction by the credit card company, your merchandise will be forwarded to you according to its availability. We charge your credit card account at the earliest the day of dispatch of the merchandise. Please notice that deliveries on credit card payment can be only forwarded to the card holder's address.

Payment by cash on delivery is one of the easiest purchase methods on cookplanet.com and one of the most common in mail order trade. Just choose during the order process the means of payment „Cash on delivery“ and pay the merchandise plus surcharge to the postman. Presently our parcel service DPD accepts only cash payments, so please have enough money in cash on your hand.

In the delivery notification mail you can find the total amount of your order as well as our bank data. Upon credit entry to our bank account, we will dispatch your items according to their availability. Please notice that we can't accept any transfer cheque. If within 20 days upon the order receipt we don't record any incoming payment, your order will be deleted automatically and for free.
