Delivery by DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution)

Our orders are generally delivered by DPD, one of the leading parcel services in Europe. If at the dayn of delivery DPD can't reach you at home, you will find a written advice and DPD will try again at the next day to delivery the packet. If you still aren't at home, you will find the advice requesting to contact DPD within 5 weekdays, in order to settle the handover modalities. Once this period has expired, DPD send the packet back to us.

Furthermore we send you an e-mail as delivery confirmation, including a tracking number of your delivery. On www.dpd.com you'll be able to enter the tracking number and to recall the current delivery status.


Free transport insurance

Once you have placed your order, we assume the full damage and loss risk along the delivery itinerary.

You should give us notice of transport damages possibly within 24 hours. If a delivery doesn't arrive to you within 4-10 weekdays (according to the delivery country) upon receipt of the delivery confirmation, please place to us a notice of loss.
