Due to the cooking under pressure, under exclusion of oxygen, the food can be prepared in a particularly gentle manner. Thus the vital vitamines, minerals as well as flavour are preserved to the greatest possible extent. 



Selection of gentle cooking level or speed cooking level

Each Fissler pressure cooker has a gentle setting (ca. 109 º C) for delicate foods such as fine vegetables or fish and a speed setting (about 116 º C) for soups, meat and stews. If the temperature in the pot is increasing too much, the automatic depressurizing releases the pressure easily and safely.




Save time and energy!

A stew requires only 15 minutes instead of 50 minutes. A juicy roast will be ready from about 30 minutes on.






Simply safe!

Each Fissler pressure cooker provides a high degree of safety, due to the technically mature Fissler Euromatic.   Due to the integrated interlock of residual pressure the pressure cooker can only be opened when completely depressurized.






Easy cleaning

All Fissler pressure cookers can easily be cleaned.
