The perfect lid
The extra heavy and tightly closing lid avoids loss of heat and moisture and thus is ideal for energy-saving cooking with little water. Based on the special condensate-plus function the ascending vapour drips well-directed on the food. This ensures the food is juicy and aromatic.
The large handle of lid is easy to grasp, particularly as the ring-shaped heat-insulator plate prevents that it is getting hot.

CookStar all-stove base
The Fissler CookStar all-stove base is suitable for all stoves, including induction stoves and ensures optimal heat absorption, distribution and storage. The heat absorption of the base enables saving of energy, as the supply of energy can be reduced at an early stage, before the cooking time is finished.
The expansion joint, visible as a star, guarantees even, solid standing on each stove.

Measuring scale
Each original-profi pot has an integrated measuring scale inside. This is very practical for measuring liquids, such as sauces. An additional measuring cup is not needed.
